What is coaching?

Coaching services are offered at no cost to Quality Counts San Luis Obispo participants. Quality Counts San Luis Obispo supports program quality improvement in a variety of ways. Coaches assist early care and education programs in developing quality commitment plans, work with administrators, teachers, directors, or family child care providers to implement changes, and connect programs with community resources. The coaching process involves working collaboratively to create a respectful relationship that fosters learning.
