What is Coaching Companion?

In order to support our Early Childhood Educator /Providers an opportunity for coaching/feedback that fits their schedule, Quality Counts will be providing virtual coaching using ZOOM and Coaching Companion. Coaching Companion is a video sharing and coaching feedback application for early care and education staff and providers. It helps coaches/coachees and peer-coaching teams work together, even between coach visits or from a distance. It also breaks barriers such as time, workforce shortage, and challenging behaviors not on display due to coaches being in the room. Educators/Providers are able to share video files, ask questions, receive resources, and exchange feedback. Also, we can develop individualized coaching plans that support quality teaching and positive outcomes for young children that align to your Quality Count's Center Plan.
